About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Reservoir Engineering Intern with strong interest in PVT analysis, fluid characterization, and reservoir simulation workflows. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in reservoir fluid studies and data-driven engineering analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in PVT data analysis, including fluid sampling review, and EOS model preparation.
- Support building and tuning innovative PVT features / models.
- Conduct basic reservoir fluid property calculations (black oil and compositional).
- Work with engineering software tools (xOptimPVT).
- Prepare technical summaries, presentations, and documentation.
- Collaborate with reservoir and drilling teams on integrated studies.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of reservoir engineering fundamentals, phase behavior, and PVT concepts.
- Experience with any PVT or simulation software is a Must.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
