Business Development Associate (Commission-Based)

SEDA Group is seeking two proactive Business Development Associates to support the expansion of our advanced engineering software and technical training services. We are experiencing significant growth and need professionals who can build strong connections, initiate communication with potential clients, and help companies adopt our innovative solutions.

Role Overview

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and contacting potential client companies

  • Sending professional emails, making phone calls, and arranging virtual meetings

  • Presenting our software and training products to organizations

  • Supporting negotiations and assisting in closing deals

  • Maintaining effective communication with prospects and clients

Collaboration Duration

  • The full collaboration term is 1 year, starting January 1, 2026 and continuing until end of December 2026.

Compensation

  • Commission-based earnings: A percentage of the project income generated through your efforts

  • Performance-based incentive: A mutually agreed performance bonus based on results

  • No fixed salary 

Work Arrangement

  • Fully remote / online / virtual position with possible visits

  • Flexible hours

  • Work includes emailing and calling companies to establish connections and schedule meetings

Probation Period

  • 1-month part-time probation period at the beginning of the collaboration

  • Continuation into the full-year contract upon successful completion of the probation phase

Requirements

  • Strong communication and outreach skills

  • Ability to email, call, and meet virtually with companies

  • Confidence in presenting software and training products

  • Self-driven, organized, and reliable

  • Business development experience is a plus but not mandatory
